As a second-generation State Farm agent, insurance has always been a part of my life, and Im passionate about helping customers protect what matters most.

I attended Central Michigan University and am married with one child. When I'm not in the office, I enjoy spending time with friends and family and keeping up with my active child.

Giving back to our community is important to us. We participate in a back-to-school backpack drive, Thanksgiving events, local Chamber activities, and other community outreach opportunities throughout the year.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative with Amanda Ross State Farm , you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
