SCP is seeking a friendly morning person to work in our Hotel Cafe in Redmond, Oregon.

The Role:

* Anticipate guests’ needs, respond promptly, and acknowledge all guests, however busy and at whatever time of day.

* Observe guest reactions and confer frequently with team members to ensure guest satisfaction.

* Maintain positive guest relations at all times. Resolve guest complaints to over-the-moon satisfaction.

* Embrace and exemplify the SCP Culture & Core Values in your day-to-day job duties.

*Provide guests with friendly, fast, and personalized service in accordance with Hotel standards.

*Accurately prepare amazing beverages and serve light meals for guests in a warm, welcoming, and fast-paced manner.

*Ring sales orders into the cash register and maintain an accurate bank during cash transactions.

*Ensure daily setup procedures are complete; complete prep for next shift.

* Other duties as assigned.

The Essentials:

• Must be a United States citizen or possess a valid work permit.
• Must have a valid State-Issued Driver's License.
• 1 year in cashiering, barista, or food running preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent
• State Alcohol Serving Certificate and State Food Handlers Certificate.
