Customer Service Representative Ace Handyman Services Lake Norman


At Ace Handyman Services Lake Norman, our Customer Service Representatives play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience from the first phone call to the completion of each project. As the primary point of contact for homeowners, this position is responsible for building customer relationships, scheduling appointments, coordinating service requests, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and our craftsmen.

The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping people. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to providing outstanding service that reflects our reputation for quality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally and promptly
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate service requests using company software
  • Communicate effectively with customers, craftsmen, and management
  • Follow up with customers regarding estimates, appointments, and completed projects
  • Assist with customer concerns and help ensure a positive resolution
  • Maintain accurate customer records and job information
  • Support daily office operations and contribute to overall team success
What We're Looking For:

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Comfortable using computers, scheduling software, and office applications
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively

  • Previous customer service, administrative, scheduling, or call center experience is preferred but not required
