Lead and coach staff through continuous talent assessment, delivering timely performance feedback, and preparing weekly work schedules.
Deliver exceptional service by actively listening to customers, managing conflict calmly, and resolving client or patient concerns.
Maintain full financial oversight regarding daily store cash handling, bank deposits, expense control, and payroll monitoring.
Manage product flow-through via precise inventory control, cycle counts, receiving, and corporate merchandise presentation standards.
Communicate strategic initiatives frequently with store team members, customers, vendors, and your regional Operations Coordinator.
Secure Exemptee Certification in the State of California, utilizing 100% company-covered training programs, application fees, and licensing costs.
Support field assignments by driving for occasional product deliveries, heavy equipment transport, or off-site community tasks.
Experience
Required schooling background consisting of a High School Diploma or an equivalent certification like a GED.
3–5 years of sales experience in a fast-paced retail, client-facing, or dedicated medical supply environment.
2+ years of leadership experience in a supervisory role managing employee development, conflict resolution, or team scheduling.
Proven operational expertise handling inventory management, retail math, loss prevention, and standard opening/closing protocols.
Physical capacity to stand/walk for extended retail shifts, lift medical hardware up to 50 lbs, and work a flexible 45-hour weekly schedule including weekends.
