This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for ensuring the functionality, safety, and efficiency of all building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and more.

$16 - $20 hourly
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and supervise maintenance projects, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
- Oversee daily operations of the maintenance department, ensuring high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules and procedures.
- Inspect and evaluate building systems to identify required maintenance, repairs, or system upgrades.
- Act as the primary contact for brand partners, ensuring alignment with current standards and protocols.
Qualifications:
- Strong leadership skills with experience in staff development, evaluations, and scheduling.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and maintenance tracking or work order systems.
- Strong analytical and diagnostic skills, with the ability to resolve complex maintenance issues.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive maintenance experience.
