The hours for this position are Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm.
This role is 100% on site in Lancaster, SC.
Job Description: The Document and Material Coordinator assists the Innovation team by coordinating all aspects of raw material handling and documentation, including but not limited to requesting, receipt, logging, and tracking of raw materials. This position requires effective communication with other departments within the organization including quality control, document control, and supply chain.
Responsibilities:
· Participation in Innovation Team meetings
· Coordinate all aspects of Innovation raw materials including purchase orders, receipt, item numbers, documentation, & special request testing
· Review and compare raw materials (COA, specification, cost, lead time, MOQ) on request
· Draft sourcing specifications and oversee team adherence to deadlines
· Complete weekly, monthly, and annual reports of raw materials, formulation assignment, and special request testing
· Support TRL with test article preparation and raw material documentation
· Maintain inventory warehouse and disposal process of all raw materials
· Regular attendance is required
· Perform other assigned duties and follow verbal and written instructions issued by supervisor or designee related to meeting company goals and objectives
· Communicate effectively with your team, supervision, and other departments within the organization, and function within a team, promoting a positive work environment

Education and Experience:
· Minimum 2 years office experience
· High School Diploma Required
