Elegant Treatz is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to support a hybrid team based in Plano, TX.

Position Summary

As a Customer Service Rep, you’ll be the friendly, knowledgeable point of contact for customers, helping resolve questions and issues efficiently while maintaining a high standard of service. You’ll play a key role in creating positive customer experiences through clear communication and timely follow-through.

This is a part-time, hybrid role in Plano, TX, offering the opportunity to support customers while collaborating with your team in a dynamic, service-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via appropriate channels, providing accurate information and courteous support

• Resolve routine issues and escalate more complex cases to the appropriate team or supervisor

• Maintain a clear, organized record of customer interactions and outcomes

• Follow established customer service processes to ensure consistent service quality

• Collaborate with team members to improve resolution times and customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role or any environment requiring strong communication and service skills

• Ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-focused when handling customer concerns

• Strong listening skills with the ability to understand and clarify customer needs

• Reliable attendance and the ability to work consistently in a part-time schedule

• Comfort working in a hybrid setting and collaborating with others as needed
