Production Worker

Vector Talent Solutions is a veteran-owned workforce solutions firm dedicated to helping organizations identify, attract, and hire top We are currently seeking a Production Worker for a client within the automotive manufacturing industry.

Position Overview
This role supports daily production operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, focusing on assembly, equipment operation, and quality assurance of parts. The position requires attention to detail, teamwork, and adherence to safety and production standards to ensure efficient output. This is an opportunity to gain hands-on manufacturing experience with growth potential in production and operations roles.

Responsibilities:
• Operate and maintain production line equipment to support manufacturing processes
• Perform quality checks on products and materials to ensure standards are met
• Monitor production lines to maintain efficiency and productivity
• Package finished products for shipment and storage
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production area
• Follow all safety procedures and report equipment issues or hazards
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals

Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
• Ability to operate basic production equipment and tools
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 pounds repeatedly

• Ability to pass a background check, pre-employment drug screening, and ongoing DOT-regulated drug and alcohol testing.

Compensation: ($15 – $20/hr)
