Key Requirements:

- Proven experience in fine grading using a dozer.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting civil blueprints.
- Hands-on experience in grading ponds, building pads, house pads, roads, curbs, and parking lots.
- Expertise in operating an excavator for laying storm drains.
- Strong ability to perform grading math and set GPS lasers for storm drain installation and grading.
- Comprehensive knowledge of site development processes.
- Exceptional skills in operating heavy equipment.
