What You'll Do

As Assistant General Manager, you'll partner with store leadership to ensure smooth daily operations while helping your team deliver outstanding customer service.

You'll:

•  Support daily store operations and help drive sales performance 
•  Coach, train, and motivate team members to reach their potential 
•  Monitor key business metrics and help implement plans to achieve goals 
•  Assist with scheduling, inventory management, merchandising, and cash handling 
•  Create a welcoming, customer-focused environment 
•  Recognize team achievements and help foster a positive workplace culture 
•  Help ensure the store is clean, organized, and operating efficiently 

What We're Looking For

•  Previous retail, customer service, or leadership experience preferred 
•  Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
•  Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment 
•  Positive attitude and willingness to lead by example 
•  Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook) 
•  Reliable, dependable, and customer-focused

Schedule & Physical Requirements

•  Full-time position (approximately 40 hours per week) 
•  Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed 
•  Ability to stand and walk for extended periods 
•  Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. 
•  Comfortable working around fragrances
