What You'll Do
Your role:
- Oversee the daily operations of your assigned center, adhering to LLE Group policies and applicable licensing standards
- Ensure the financial sustainability of your school, including budget management, tuition collection, fundraising, vendor relations, and inventory management
- Maintain the upkeep of school grounds and facilities
- Develop and implement staff training programs to enhance their skills and professionalism
- Ensure staff adherence to licensing and accreditation standards for training hours
- Develop and execute targeted marketing plans to drive enrollment growth
- Evaluate programs, conduct classroom observations, and implement improvement plans in coordination with the District Director
- Participate in meetings to advance business and organizational development, as directed by the District Director or their supervisors
- Lead the hiring, training, and management of staff, including counseling and termination
Requirements
Your qualifications:
- Early childhood professional credential such as a CDA, CCP or AAS in early childhood education; Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
- Knowledge of applicable laws, rules and regulations relevant to the operations of a childcare facility
- Knowledge of the principles and practices of supervision and training, and instruction methods, programs, philosophies and theories relevant to the operation to the operation of a childcare facility
- Excellent verbal, written and listening skills and the ability to communicate to a wide-ranging audience including those with varied educational levels and backgrounds
- Strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to work as part of a team
- Ten or more hours of management training
- At least one year of experience in a supervisory role
- Successful completion of the Virginia Pre-Service Training for Child Care Staff
- Successful background check and VA licensing standards required
