We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Optical Manager to lead our optical team. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional patient and customer service, manage staff performance, and drive sales while maintaining compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

•  Manage daily operations of the optical department. 
•  Supervise, train, and motivate optical staff. 
•  Deliver outstanding customer service and patient care. 
•  Assist customers with frame and lens selections. 
•  Monitor inventory, ordering, and merchandising. 
•  Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. 
•  Meet sales goals and contribute to business growth. 
•  Resolve customer concerns professionally and effectively. 

Qualifications

•  Previous experience in optical retail or optical management. 2+
•  Strong leadership and team management skills. 
•  Knowledge of eyewear products, lenses, and optical dispensing. 
•  Excellent communication and customer service abilities. 
•  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
