Sparkle Car Wash is urgently hiring a Site Manager to oversee daily operations, lead a motivated team, and create an environment where customers love to come - and employees love to work.

What You’ll Do:
- Manage all daily site operations, including staffing, scheduling, and team performance.
- Drive sales, membership conversions, and key performance metrics (KPIs).
- Oversee cash handling, site organization, cleanliness, and safety standards.
- Conduct team training, coaching, and performance check-ins.
- Perform and monitor maintenance inspections and preventative upkeep.
- Foster a strong culture of service, sales, and teamwork aligned with Sparkle values.
- Open and close the site, ensuring top performance every day.
Who You Are:
- A confident, people-first leader with strong organizational skills.
- Experienced in managing teams (retail, restaurant, or car wash preferred).
- Results-oriented and comfortable tracking goals and performance.
- Reliable, hands-on, and passionate about delivering great customer experiences.
- Excited to grow with a company that values integrity, teamwork, and hard work.
Compensation & Benefits:
- $55,000-$65,000 annually.
- Monthly performance bonuses.
- Commission on personally sold memberships.
- $1,500 sign-on bonus (with qualifying experience in retail, restaurant, or car wash operations).
