After completing approximately 2–3 weeks of in-office training, this position transitions to a hybrid schedule with just one day per week in the office and the remainder of the workweek from home. As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the first point of contact for clients, guiding them through the home inspection process, answering questions, scheduling services, and ensuring they feel informed, supported, and cared for every step of the way.
You will work closely with clients, real estate agents, and our inspection team to coordinate appointments, provide timely communication, and deliver the professional, friendly experience that reflects our commitment to treating every client like family.

Compensation:$30,000 - $40,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
- Enter inspection orders, maintain CRM records, and email reports to clients and agents.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and resolving concerns.
- Answer incoming calls and emails regarding services, scheduling, and pricing.
- Follow up with clients and agents to ensure agreements are signed, payments are received, and questions are answered.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate account records.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when needed.
- Coordinate communication between clients, agents, inspectors, and office staff.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent.
- Must possess exemplary interpersonal skills, communication skills, and active listening skills.
- Previous work in a customer-facing position.
