Compensation:

$125,500 - $285,000 yearly


Responsibilities:
  • Generate and follow up with leads to build a strong client base.

  • Nurture client relationships through consistent communication via phone, email, and follow-up systems.
  • Keep the CRM accurate and up to date to ensure seamless tracking of client interactions.
  • Track your progress toward team goals to stay aligned with our collective vision.
  • Collaborate with team members to foster a supportive and growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications:
  • Experience in customer service or sales is a plus, but not required.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients and team members.
  • Proven track record of setting and achieving personal or professional goals.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems or a willingness to learn.
