Responsibilities:

What You Will Be Doing

You will focus on the activities that drive income and client satisfaction.

You will:

  • Work with buyers and sellers to deliver an exceptional client experience
  • Follow up with leads using proven scripts and systems
  • Show homes and guide clients through the decision-making process
  • Prepare offers and paperwork with administrative support
  • Conduct market research and pricing evaluations
  • Build relationships with clients, agents, and referral partners
  • Prospect and follow up consistently to build your pipeline
  • Participate in team meetings, trainings, and coaching


Our administrative team handles marketing, listing coordination, and transaction management so you can spend your time selling and servicing clients.


Training, Coaching, and Support

Qualifications:

Requirements

  • Active real estate license
  • Willingness to follow systems and processes
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated with a growth mindset
  • Comfortable with phone, text, and follow-up conversations
  • Desire to improve skills through coaching and training
  • Agents with 0–3 years of experience often thrive in this role.


Compensation

This is a commission-based role.
