Location
Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; Phoenix, Arizona; or Minneapolis, Minnesota — Hybrid schedule with three days per week in the office, supporting collaboration and flexibility.
Note
This role requires an active bar license in the office location selected and a minimum of 3 years of directly relevant commercial finance transactional experience.

Job Description
- Represent institutional lenders and borrowers in complex commercial finance transactions
- Draft, negotiate, and close syndicated and portfolio financing deals
- Advise on secured transactions with a strong focus on UCC Article 9
- Analyze bankruptcy considerations across all phases of finance transactions
- Collaborate with colleagues on workouts, restructurings, and cross-practice matters as needed
Qualifications
- 3+ years of commercial finance or secured transactions experience
- Strong working knowledge of UCC Article 9 and bankruptcy code
- Transactional experience with syndicated or portfolio finance deals
- Excellent academic credentials with strong writing and analytical skills
- Active bar license in PA, AZ, or MN depending on office location
- Experience with workouts, restructuring, M&A, or private equity is a plus
