ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2019 and currently lead a team of six. Before becoming an agent with State Farm, I spent a few years working in other State Farm offices after college while also running a small music business. I’ve always had an entrepreneurial mindset and knew I wanted to build something of my own.

Outside of work, I’m passionate about music and play several different instruments. I’m also married with two kids, and we love traveling together as a family whenever we get the chance.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Chase Bradley - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
  • Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
