What You’ll Do

Accurate Data Management

  • Enter and maintain patient demographics, insurance information, and appointment details
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency across scheduling and patient management systems
  • Review data for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information

Support Healthcare Operations

  • Update and manage scheduling information for mobile healthcare providers
  • Ensure patient and appointment records are properly documented and up to date
  • Assist with maintaining organized and compliant electronic records

Communication & Coordination

  • Collaborate with scheduling, clinical, and administrative teams
  • Clarify and correct data discrepancies as needed
  • Support workflow efficiency through accurate documentation

Maintain Compliance & Quality Standards

  • Follow HIPAA and company data privacy requirements
  • Ensure all information is entered in accordance with internal standards
  • Support audit readiness through accurate recordkeeping
