Twinkle Toes Nanny Agency is currently hiring part-time nannies for multiple families in the Orlando area.
Families are seeking dependable, attentive, and nurturing nannies to provide quality care for their children during scheduled hours. Nannies should be comfortable following established routines, supporting developmental milestones through age-appropriate activities, and creating a safe, engaging, and positive environment for children in their care.
Schedule: Varies based on position and your availability
Current Open Positions:
- 7-month-old infant — Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM–4:00 PM — Winter Park — $19+/hour
- 15-month-old — Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday — Oviedo — $18+/hour
- 3-month-old infant — Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–12:00 PM — College Park — $19+/hour
Compensation: $19–$20+ per hour, depending on the position and experience.
Responsibilities include ensuring the safety and well-being of the children, engaging them in developmentally appropriate activities, following family routines, and maintaining open communication with parents throughout the day. Nannies are expected to promptly communicate any concerns or issues that arise while on shift.
As a Twinkle Toes nanny, you'll also have the opportunity to pick up additional shifts with other families, allowing for greater flexibility and the potential to increase your hours.
Compensation:$18 - $22 hourly
Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive, reliable care for children while following each family's routines and preferences
- Engage children in age-appropriate activities that support learning, development, and play
- Foster a safe, nurturing, and positive environment at all times
- Assist with children's daily needs, including meals, snacks, bottles, naps, diapering, and personal care as applicable
- Maintain clean and organized play areas, children's spaces, and common areas used throughout the day
- Complete light child-related household tasks, such as children's laundry, dishes, bottle washing, and tidying after activities and meals
- Communicate openly and professionally with parents regarding the children's day, routines, and needs
- Follow household guidelines and practice strong safety and hygiene standards
Qualifications:

- 2+ years of experience
- Caring for 1 or more children at a time
- High school degree
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for transportation to and from work
- Previous infant care experience required (if applying for infant role)
- Reliability is essential
- Strong communication skills and attentiveness
- CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)
- Clean background check and professional childcare references (no family or friend references)
- Ability to safely lift and carry an infant and get on the floor to play
- Non-Smoker
