Listing Agent Opportunity
Who you work with matters. We are looking for a licensed real estate agent who wants to learn to grow as a Listing Agent inside a productive real estate environment focused on structure, consistency, and long-term growth while earning rewarding commissions. This is a strong fit for someone who wants to sharpen listing skills, follow proven systems, and build confidence through real experience alongside experienced agents.
You will learn to operate within a clear and repeatable process that supports daily activity, seller communication, and organized pipeline management. Through mentorship and hands-on guidance, you will continue building the ability to manage listings efficiently, improve pricing and presentation conversations, and develop habits that support long-term consistency in real estate.
As you continue growing, you will gain exposure to how experienced agents prepare for listing appointments, position homes in the market, and maintain momentum through consistent follow-up and relationship building. The focus is on helping you create a steady listing business through accountability, daily action, and real-world experience. You will also have access to systems, training, marketing tools, and collaboration that support continued development and stronger consistency over time.

Compensation:$160,000+ at plan
Responsibilities:
- Achieve the best deal possible for the seller by conducting extensive market analysis to determine the listing price
- Price, stage and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly
- Respond to all leads and potential homebuyers in a timely fashion to build a strong client base
- Oversee contract processes alongside buyer’s agents to negotiate contracts
- Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business
- Lead follow-up
- Follow the team plan
- Attend team trainings
- Sales scripts and CRM mastery
Qualifications:
- Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
- Completes tasks quickly and efficiently
- Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself
- Possesses a real estate license
- Familiar with customer databases used to store private client information
- Great communication
- Real estate license required in order to work with clients
