• Communicate regularly with parents about children's progress and needs
• Ensure children's safety at all times
• Support and encourage positive behavior and social skills

Requirements:

• Experience in child care or as a nanny preferred
• CPR and First Aid certification is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Patience, creativity, and a nurturing demeanor
• Background check clearance required
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
