We're seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our Florida location and set the standard for the team. What You'll Do

The ideal candidate will be accountable for store performance, leading by example and setting the standard for team members. Key responsibilities include:


Driving Sales and Profit Growth
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue and gross profit on the sales floor and service counter
  • Lead by example in sales and customer experience, ensuring a positive impact on team members and customers
  • Monitor and adjust processes to ensure bikes are built and serviced quickly, minimizing inventory and labor downtime
  • Analyze store performance and address gaps quickly to maintain momentum and growth
Team Development and Coaching
  • Provide comprehensive training and coaching to team members on sales, service, and systems
  • Reinforce training through role-play, hands-on coaching, and access to Trek University and Cardone University
  • Lead team meetings and foster a culture of growth, accountability, and continuous improvement
Store Operations and Maintenance
  • Maintain strong cash handling and financial controls, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Oversee inventory management, receiving, transfers, and cycle counts to maintain accuracy and prevent losses
  • Ensure the store remains clean, organized, and aligned with the Trek brand image
Leadership and Team Management
  • Manage team schedules and performance expectations, ensuring alignment with company goals
  • Develop individual development plans (IDPs) for direct reports, setting clear goals and expectations
  • Hold regular one-on-one meetings to provide feedback, support, and guidance

Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

  • Leadership and Retail Experience: Minimum 1 year managing a retail store and team while driving sales and profit growth
  • Sales and KPI Focus: Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue, gross profit, and customer experience targets

  • Schedule Flexibility: Available to work weekends, evenings, and peak retail periods

  • Physical Ability: Able to regularly lift and carry up to 45 lbs
  • Leadership: Comfortable making decisions, having direct conversations, and holding people accountable
  • Sales & KPI Focus: Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue, gross profit, and customer experience targets
  • Retail Leadership: Minimum 1 year managing a retail store and team while driving sales and profit growth

  • Bicycle repair or mechanical knowledge to support team members and drive service sales
