Schedule: Flexible Monday-Friday 7am-7pm, optional Saturday 8am-4:30pm

Holiday Requirement: None

Hourly Rate: $16.05-$18.43

*Compensation dependent on experience

Kirby Medical Center is looking for an outgoing and driven individual to join our team at KMG registration. This high customer-focused position will welcome patients to our beautiful facility and help them by registering for their appointments, answering their phone calls and schdueling follow up appointments. If you have an outgoing personality who can relate to many, then this could be the perfect fit!

Job Responsiblilities

• Excellent customer service and communication skills to support patient registration
• Manage in-bound phone calls and quickly transfer to the accurate departments
• Leverage strong computer skills to manage scheduling platforms
• Ability to quickly learn input and verification of patient insurance

• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Friendly and welcoming phone presence
• Demonstrated problem solving and decision making skills
• Excellent patient interaction
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Health insurance knowledge a plus
• 2+ years of customer service experience preferred
