Job Description
CV Executive Search is proud to work with Hollywood 4WRD (4 Walls, a Roof, and a Door) to identify the Executive Director who will drive the organization to new heights. Since 2008, Hollywood 4WRD has worked tirelessly to unite service providers, government agencies, businesses, and community members to forge a unified voice and create effective solutions that will prevent and end homelessness in Greater Hollywood.

The person who will lead the organization through these next years will be special.
The Executive Director reports directly to the Board of Directors and is responsible for the direct supervision of two staff members.
The skills you will need to be successful are:
· A strong entrepreneurial nature
· A system-change visionary
· An attention-to-detail implementation architect
· A flexible style, adaptable to the ever-changing environment
· A commitment to social justice and community engagement
These skills will be combined to run enterprise-level strategy and coalition building, fund development and board governance, healthcare systems transformation, and operations management.
The winning candidate will have most of these qualifications
· At least a bachelor’s degree
· At least seven years of senior nonprofit management
· Outstanding fundraising acumen
· A strong record of coalition-building or neighborhood-scale initiatives work
· Knowledge of the issues facing the Hollywood community
COMPENSATION: Full-time, exempt position, with annual compensation of $160,000-$200,000, plus a stipend for Healthcare and Phone; 403(b) retirement plan option; and generous paid time off and holiday schedule
WORK LOCATION: Hybrid in-office (3 days/week) and remote
