Requirements:

• Previous experience as a nanny or babysitter is preferred.
• Strong understanding of child development and safety protocols.
• CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing situations.
• Must be reliable, responsible, and nurturing.
• Background check required for all candidates.
• Valid driver's license and transportation preferred.
