Customer Service Rep

Elegant Treatz is seeking a part-time Customer Service Rep to support our customers in a hybrid work environment in Plano, TX.

Position Summary

As a Customer Service Rep, you’ll be a friendly and reliable point of contact for customers, helping answer questions, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience every time. You’ll handle inquiries efficiently while maintaining a high standard of service and professionalism.

In this part-time hybrid role, you’ll collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs, follow established processes, and support continuous improvement across customer support.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries through appropriate channels with professionalism and care

• Resolve or escalate customer concerns in a timely manner while maintaining accurate records

• Process customer requests according to established guidelines and service standards

• Collaborate with teammates to ensure consistent communication and issue resolution

• Identify opportunities to improve customer experience by sharing insights and feedback

Required Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience in a fast-paced environment

• Strong communication skills with the ability to remain calm and helpful in all situations

• Demonstrated attention to detail and the ability to follow established processes

• Comfort working independently while maintaining responsiveness in a hybrid setting

• Ability to manage multiple requests while meeting service expectations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting customers with billing, order, or account-related inquiries

• Familiarity with customer support workflows and service tracking practices

• Experience working in a team-focused environment with shared goals

• Basic proficiency with common business tools used for communication and case tracking
