Part Time Dietary Aide Big Meadows

Big Meadows Nursing Home is looking for an individual who is enthusiastic and motivated to join our Dietary family.

Part time days/Nights

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Assembles patient/residents trays according to appropriate diet.
Serves patients and residents.
Performs dishwashing duties, wash pots and pans and clean work areas including floor care.
Puts away stock following safety guidelines.
Set-up/serve special functions.
Understands and demonstrates the proper use and care and maintenance all dietary equipment and supplies, continually learning new technology.
Observes proper sanitary techniques.
Maintains a working knowledge of applicable Federal, State and Local laws and regulations.
