We’re currently looking for a Part-Time Nanny in Dix Hills, NY 11746
A lovely family in the Huntington/Dix Hills area seeks a part-time nanny for their sweet 3 year old daughter after daycare each day, for an immediate start. Care is needed Monday through Friday from 4pm to 8:30pm. There may be occasional weeks when care is not needed on Fridays. An ideal candidate will be engaging, reliable, and experienced in working with toddlers.

- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 4pm to 8:30pm

Responsibilities
- Educational play and activities
- Driving the child; school pick-ups and after school activities (~12 minute drive one-way)
- Meal and snack preparation, being mindful of child's nut and pineapple allergies
- Light housekeeping related to the child
- Laundry for child
- Bath and bedtime routines
Requirements
- 2 years of paid, professional childcare experience
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- High school diploma or equivalent
- CPR certified or willing to become certified
- Valid driver's license, clean driving record + valid auto insurance
- Reliable vehicle to transport child
- No smoking on premises
Compensation
This position pays $27 per hour, and the family is looking for 18-22.5 hours of care per week.
