Hotel Desk Clerk

1. Check and update the guest register.

2. Count the newspapers, check the number received and sold and make sure the numbers balance.

3. Balance cash drawer. Collect payments as needed.

4. Program wake-up calls.

5. Make sure all visitors sign in and out.

6. Sort the mail when it comes in.

7. Accept packages from delivery services for guests.

8. Answer phones in a professional manner.
