At Dondelinger Ford, we're looking to add a Service Assistant to our service department! Pay for this position is $15 per hour, apply today! We are interested in individuals who have a strong customer service background; no previous automotive experience is required.

Responsibilities
- Assisst service department team throughout service process; verifying VINs, moving vehicles as needed, verifying service ticklets/orders, etc.
- Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled.
- Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
- Assist in communication with insurance companies for service work

- Organized and friendly personality
- Fantastic communication skills with your customers
- Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
- Team oriented and self-motivated
- Able to work with little supervision
- Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
