As a Shift Lead, you'll keep operations running smoothly and safely, close the site with confidence, and make sure every team member has what they need to do their job well. When a guest has a concern, you handle it with grace. When the team needs direction, you provide it with clarity and care.

We're looking for someone with a people-first mindset, strong communication skills, and the kind of reliability a team can count on. Experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service leadership is a plus — but character and commitment matter most.
