About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel General Manager to lead our team at Comfort Inn in Glenmont, NY. This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality professional who is passionate about guest service, team leadership, revenue growth, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:
Oversee all hotel operations including Front Desk, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Breakfast, and Sales
Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and service standards
Manage staffing, scheduling, hiring, training, and employee development
Monitor hotel financial performance, budgets, payroll, and expenses
Drive revenue through effective rate management and sales initiatives
Maintain compliance with Choice Hotels brand standards and quality assurance requirements
Coordinate property improvement projects and vendor relationships
Foster a positive work environment and strong team culture

Qualifications:
Prior hotel management experience required
Choice Hotels experience preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
Experience with hotel revenue management and budgeting
Knowledge of property management systems and hospitality software
Ability to work flexible hours as needed to support hotel operations
