Plant General

Our client, a manufacturing industry is seeking a Plant General to join their team. As a Plant General, you will be part of the operations supporting manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have reliability, safety consciousness, and teamwork skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Plant General

Location: Niagara Falls, NY

Payrate: $22 /hr.

Shift: Days, Nights (07:00-19:00) Must be flexible for 8 or 12-hour shifts, weekends, and overtime 

What's the Job?

• Operate plant equipment efficiently to support manufacturing processes.
• Perform quality checks, collect samples, and record accurate production data.
• Troubleshoot equipment and process issues as needed.
• Perform minor equipment repairs and support safety policies including PPE use and lockout/tagout procedures.

What's Needed?

• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to seasonal temperature variations and dusty conditions.
• Physical capability to lift and move up to 55 pounds, climb ladders or stairs, and stand or walk for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work 8-hour or 12-hour rotating shifts, including weekends and overtime as required.
