Order Entry Specialist Supervisor

We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and experienced Order Entry Specialist Supervisor to oversee our order management for a manufacturing company in Commerce, CA. This is an office administration role for an order entry specialist, that will lead the daily operations of the order entry team, ensuring all customer orders are processed with high accuracy and efficiency while resolving any discrepancies that arise.

Job Title: Order Entry Supervisor (Urgent Hiring)

Pay Rate: $27 DOE

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: Monday through Friday (7:30 AM – 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)

Responsibilities:

• Must have experience as a supervisor in an office environment.
• Computer Literate, able to navigate computer programs with ease.
• Supervise daily order entry activities, managing team workflow to ensure timely processing.
• Ensure customer orders are entered accurately into the ERP or order management system.
• Review orders for completeness, pricing accuracy, product availability, and customer requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex order discrepancies, data errors, and processing issues.
• Monitor team performance, providing guidance on volume handling and quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 1–3 years of heavy volume order entry, customer service, or order management experience.
• Must have 2–5 years of supervisor or leadership experience in office setting.
• Skills: Excellent attention to detail, strong problem-solving capabilities, and exceptional communication skills.
• Reliability: Ability to maintain a consistent Monday–Friday schedule.
