Commercial Property Manager
Exciting Opportunity with a Thriving Commercial Real Estate Company
Commercial Property Manager Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of commercial properties including office, industrial, retail, and/or mixed-use assets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, ownership groups, vendors, and contractors
- Conduct regular property inspections and ensure properties are maintained to professional standards
- Coordinate vendor services, maintenance, repairs, and capital improvement projects
- Manage tenant relations, service requests, and conflict resolution in a timely and professional manner
- Prepare and manage annual operating budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting
- Review financial statements, variances, and property performance metrics
- Oversee CAM reconciliations, operating expenses, and property-related financials
- Administer leases including renewals, compliance, rent escalations, and tenant obligations
- Ensure compliance with property regulations, safety standards, and company policies
- Work collaboratively with internal teams while independently managing priorities and deadlines
Commercial Property Manager Qualifications
- 3+ years of Commercial Property Management experience required
- Experience managing commercial assets such as office, industrial, retail, or mixed-use properties
- Strong understanding of budgets, financial reporting, CAM reconciliations, and lease administration
- Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and tenant communications professionally
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Yardi, MRI, AppFolio, Kardin, or similar property management software preferred
- Colorado Real Estate License is a plus (or willingness to obtain, depending on client requirements)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
