Job Summary
We are seeking a Staffing Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support daily operations within a staffing agency environment. This role serves as a key point of contact for associates and internal teams, providing support with inquiries related to assignments, timekeeping, attendance, and general employment questions.
· Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (hours may change)
· Pay rate $20-22/hr
· Location: City of Industry
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and messages from associates and clients
- Assist associates with assignment information, schedules, and dispatch details
- Support timekeeping inquiries, including missed punches and corrections
- Document interactions accurately in the system
- Escalate payroll, attendance, or performance issues as needed
- Maintain professional and timely communication
- Support recruiting and onboarding teams as needed
Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience required (staffing or call center preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and experience using multiple systems
- Strong attendance and reliability
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
