Delivery Coordinator

Gannett Publishing Services is hiring a full-time Delivery Coordinator to support overnight newspaper and product distribution operations in Tucson, AZ. This is a great opportunity for individuals who prefer an overnight schedule and want their daytime hours available for family, school, personal commitments, or other responsibilities.

$500 Sign-On Bonus*

Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week. Overnight shift from approximately 11:30 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.

What You’ll Do

As a Delivery Coordinator, you will provide key operational support to the Circulation Distribution team and help ensure newspapers and related products are distributed accurately and on time.

·       Support the daily and Sunday newspaper distribution and allocation process.

·       Prepare and organize paperwork needed for distribution operations.

·       Provide coverage and support at the distribution center as needed.

·       Load and unload trucks as part of the distribution process.

·       Assist with delivery of non-daily and core products to consumers and retailers.

You will also communicate with the Transportation Department to report shortages or overages and help coordinate make-ups or pick-ups when needed.
