Job Description
We are seeking a high-level Executive Chauffeur who represents the Reserve Black brand with excellence. This role requires more than driving. It demands professionalism, discretion, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver a seamless luxury experience for every client.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide safe, reliable, and punctual transportation for executives, VIP clients, and special events
* Deliver a high-touch, concierge-level customer experience at all times
* Maintain complete discretion and confidentiality with all passengers
* Present a polished, professional appearance consistent with a luxury brand
* Assist clients with entry, exit, luggage, and personalized service requests
* Ensure vehicles are impeccably clean, fueled, and fully prepared before each trip
* Navigate efficiently using real-time traffic awareness and route planning
* Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and dispatch
* Anticipate client needs and exceed expectations without being intrusive
Qualifications
* Minimum age of 25 years old
* Clean driving record with a strong history of safe driving
* Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
* Prior experience in luxury transportation, executive service, or hospitality preferred
* Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
* Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
* Flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
