Assemblers / Craters/Drivers Class A

We are seeking a couple skilled Assemblers / Craters to become an integral part of our team! You will perform assembly line tasks as well as identify areas of improvement to increase efficiency. Skills include: assembling metal ladders, doing crating of ladders when needed, knowledge of tools, impact drills, how to use tape measure, grinding tools, power tools etc. 30-day probation period to assess fit. Higher pay, advancement and benefits commensurate with skills and performance. Also class A drivers to drive company van within the US.

Responsibilities:

• Work with a team to assemble entire products or components
• Rotate through tasks for specific production processes
• Conduct quality inspections on products and parts
• Prepare finished products for shipment
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or other related fields
• Familiarity with assembly tools and equipment
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Ability to work well in teams
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
