CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE/ORDER ENTRY

A growing, nationally acclaimed food seasoning company is seeking a dedicated and friendly Customer Service to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our company, assisting customers with their inquiries, resolving any issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

·   Interpersonal communication skills to ensure positive interactions with customers.

·  Provide prompt and efficient responses to customer questions via phone or email.

·   Multitasking and organizational skills to work on multiple issues at one time.

·   Active listening and communication skills to provide concise answers to inquiries.

·   Time-management skills to respond to customer emails and calls promptly.

·   Teamwork skills to collaborate with representatives and coworkers in other departments.

·   Handling customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits; follow

up to ensure resolution.

·   Following up with clients or customers by phone or email to check that they’re still satisfied with their

purchases or services received.

·   Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive

communication.

·   Letting customers know about additional products or services that might benefit them.

·   Maintain a high level of company product knowledge to effectively answer customer queries.

    Must be organized, detail oriented and committed to accuracy.

·  Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.

·   Take the extra mile to engage customers.

·  Other duties as assigned by management.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

·  Proven customer support experience or experience as a Customer Service

·  Initiative-taking with proven leadership skills and have a positive attitude.  

·  Excellent communication and presentation skills.

·  Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to diverse types of characters.

·  Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

·  Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.

·  Proficient in Microsoft Office.

·  Able to work in a team environment.

·   Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
