About the Role:
Join Westpark Apartments as a Resident Manager, where you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming community for our residents. Located in beautiful Westminster, CA, this position offers an exciting opportunity to enhance the living experience at our property.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the apartment complex to ensure a high standard of living.
- Manage resident relations, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure timely completion of repairs.
- Conduct regular property inspections to maintain safety and cleanliness.
- Assist with leasing activities, including showings and tenant screenings.
- Maintain accurate records of resident information and property finances.
- Collaborate with vendors and contractors for property improvements and services.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in property management or a related field required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with residents effectively.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Basic knowledge of maintenance and repair processes.
- Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Previous experience with Appfolio highly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Bilingual in Spanish highly preferred.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
- Customer-focused attitude with a passion for community building.
