Job Description
Schedule: 30–35 hours per week
Typical schedules include:
- Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM–4:30 PM
- Tuesday–Saturday, 9:30 AM–4:30 PM
This position requires working two Saturdays per month and occasional evening shifts.

The Studio Manager plays a key role in the success of the studio by providing leadership, managing operations, supporting marketing efforts, maintaining inventory, and driving an outstanding customer experience. This is a hands-on leadership position ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building a positive team culture.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Human Resources
- Partner with Studio Owners to recruit, interview, hire, and onboard team members
- Train, coach, and develop employees to meet company standards
- Assist with employee performance evaluations
- Create staff schedules and maintain appropriate staffing levels
- Foster a positive, supportive, and accountable work environment
Studio Operations
- Oversee daily studio operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and welcoming studio environment
- Manage inventory levels, product pricing, and ordering processes
- Support efficient and effective studio workflows
Customer Experience
- Deliver exceptional service and create memorable experiences for every guest
- Resolve customer questions, concerns, and feedback professionally
- Cultivate a fun, energetic, and creative atmosphere
- Lead by example and uphold the company's values and standards
Marketing & Community Engagement
- Support and execute marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns
- Manage and grow the studio's social media presence
- Coordinate studio events, parties, workshops, and community activities
- Participate in local outreach efforts and corporate marketing programs
- Process approved donation requests and community partnerships
Qualifications
- Previous management or supervisory experience in retail, hospitality, entertainment, customer service, or a related field preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to motivate, coach, and develop team members
- Excellent customer service and conflict-resolution abilities
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Proficient with technology, software systems, and social media platforms
- Reliable, dependable, and professional in appearance and conduct
- Ability to uphold and enforce company policies and procedures
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to bend, squat, reach, and perform light physical tasks throughout the day
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
