Job Description
Join the Staff Management | SMX team in Bethlehem, PA! We're looking for reliable, motivated individuals to join our warehouse team. As a Production Technician, you'll play an important role in in packaging and preparing products, maintaining quality standards, and supporting a safe and efficient work environment.
- Monday-Friday 7am-3pm
- Monday-Friday 3pm-11pm

Job Responsibilities
- Package products by following company procedures and instructions.
- Complete required paperwork and production records.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with company standards.
- Operate packaging equipment safely and efficiently.
- Assist with labeling, assembly, and packaging tasks.
- Clean equipment, tools, and work areas as needed.
- Follow all safety guidelines and workplace policies.
- Attend team meetings and training sessions.
- Meet daily productivity and quality expectations.
- Perform other assigned duties as needed.
- Ability to perform work while standing or sitting, based on assigned duties.
- Comfortable working in refrigerated and freezer environments.
- Strong focus on accuracy and quality.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with coworkers.
- Consistent attendance and reliable transportation.

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $16.00 - $17.25 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
