Warehouse Associate /Forklift Driver

This position supports daily warehouse operations including customer equipment installations, inventory control, shipping/receiving, and safe material handling. The role requires consistent communication with customers and team members, strong attention to detail, and reliable forklift operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Battery Recovery & Installations — Recover industrial batteries, assist technicians with customer site installations, and ensure proper documentation of completed work.
• Forklift & Equipment Operation — Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and related material‐handling equipment in compliance with OSHA and company safety standards.
• Shipping & Receiving — Load and unload trucks, stage outgoing shipments, verify incoming materials, and maintain accurate records.
• Inventory Control — Perform cycle counts, track stock levels, update ERP records (NetSuite preferred), and help maintain an organized warehouse layout.
• Customer Support — Provide occasional delivery assistance, uphold strong customer relationships, and represent the company professionally during onsite interactions.
• Warehouse Maintenance — Keep work areas clean, follow safety protocols, and report equipment issues promptly.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (3.0 GPA preferred).
• Warehouse Experience — Prior experience in warehouse operations, shipping/receiving, or material handling.
• Forklift Certification or Experience — Must demonstrate safe forklift operation; interview and skills assessment required for forklift roles.
• ERP & Inventory Knowledge — Familiarity with inventory management systems; NetSuite experience is a plus.
• Safety Awareness — Understanding of OSHA safety standards, PPE use, and safe equipment handling.
• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in a fast‐paced warehouse environment.
• Valid driver’s license preferred for delivery support.
