Job Description

About the Role:

Join our team at Pompano Aegean Condominium Association as a Part Time Security professional. This role is vital in ensuring the safety and security of our residents and guests in the beautiful Pompano Beach, FL.

Responsibilities:

Monitor premises and conduct regular patrols to ensure safety.
Respond promptly to incidents and emergencies as they arise.
Maintain a visible presence to deter and detect suspicious activities.
Assist residents and guests with inquiries and provide directions.
Prepare and submit incident reports as required.
Enforce condominium rules and regulations to maintain a safe environment.
Collaborate with local law enforcement when necessary.
Ensure proper access control for residents and authorized visitors.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous experience in security or law enforcement is a plus.
Strong observation skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to remain calm and decisive in emergency situations.
Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends.
Valid security license preferred.
Physical fitness to perform security duties effectively.
