POSITION: Appointment Scheduler – Tax Industry

Kinlock's Tax, voted #1 Tax Prep Company in Northwest Orlando for 2025, is seeking motivated and experienced Appointment Setters to join our growing team.

This position is responsible for making outbound calls, introducing prospects to Kinlock's Tax Programs, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments for our Enrollment Specialists.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective tax professionals
• Introduce Kinlock's Tax Programs
• Qualify prospects
• Schedule appointments
• Update CRM notes
• Follow up with prospects

Requirements:

• Mandatory sales experience
• Mandatory outbound calling experience
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to follow scripts
• Basic computer skills
• Reliable transportation
• Fast Learner
• Independent Worker
• Professional attitude

Schedule:

Monday – Friday

8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST

Includes:

• Two 15-Minute Breaks
• One 30-Minute Lunch Break

Compensation:

• Commission Only Position
• No Hourly Pay
• No Salary
• 1099 Independent Contractor
• Earn $3,000 – $9,000+ Monthly
• Performance Bonuses Available

Work Location:

• In Office During Initial Four-Week Training Period
• Opportunity For Promotion To Remote Work From Home Based On Performance
