A2I Enterprise is seeking motivated individuals to join our growing team as Entry Level Marketing & Sales Associates in Tyler, TX. This full-time opportunity is ideal for individuals looking to gain experience in direct marketing, sales, and customer relations while representing a leading telecommunications client.

No prior experience is required. We provide paid training, ongoing mentorship, and opportunities for advancement based on performance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $1,000–$1,650 per week

Responsibilities:

• Represent telecommunications products and services through direct marketing campaigns
• Engage with customers and business owners to provide information about available solutions
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships
• Assist with customer acquisition and account enrollment
• Learn and apply effective marketing and sales techniques
• Participate in daily team meetings and training sessions
• Maintain a professional and knowledgeable representation of client brands
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve performance goals
