Maintenance Tech

A Maintenance Technician is required for several senior and family living properties. Locations are Central Missouri. We are looking for a person that can work as a member of our team to ensure the physical safety, comfort, and regulatory compliance of the community. Responsibilities include preventative maintenance on HVAC and plumbing systems, room refreshes, groundskeeping, and emergency response, all while maintaining a compassionate approach with elderly residents.Key elements of the role include:Daily Operations: Performing preventative maintenance, replacing AC filters, fixing plumbing (leaks, toilets), and making electrical repairs (light fixtures, switches) to keep resident rooms and common areas functional.Resident Relations: Assisting residents with minor in-room issues while maintaining a compassionate, patient, and engaging demeanor.Exterior Upkeep: Maintain the property grounds, including landscaping and clearing walkways of snow or debris. Unit Turnover & Reporting: Repaint, replace flooring, and repair fixtures to refresh residential spaces when tenants move out. Requirements include 1 to 3+ years of experience in senior or higher-level maintenance roles within senior or family living, specifically in residential, multi-family, or healthcare settings. Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing).
