Position Summary
We are seeking a proactive, tech-savvy, and highly articulate Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the face and voice of our company, managing client communications in both English and Spanish. The ideal candidate is a natural problem-solver who possesses excellent phone etiquette, can navigate MS Office with ease, and knows how to efficiently research and find information online to support our fast-paced wholesale operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for retail and wholesale clients via phone and email, handling inquiries, processing orders, and resolving issues efficiently in both English and Spanish.
- Professional Communication: Maintain an excellent, professional, and welcoming phone etiquette at all times.
- Proactive Problem Solving: Anticipate customer needs, resolve complaints with a positive attitude, and follow up on orders to ensure total customer satisfaction.
- Information & Internet Research: Utilize internet search engines and digital tools proactively to look up product details, verify shipping/logistics information, and source data to assist clients.
- Data Management: Use MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) to log customer interactions, manage spreadsheets, update client records, and coordinate with internal teams.
Qualifications & Skills
- Language: Native or professional proficiency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) is strictly required. Must feature strong, clear English communication skills.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong hands-on experience with MS Office suite (particularly Excel and Outlook) and a high level of comfort navigating the internet for research.
- Core Strengths: Highly proactive mindset with a strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a busy wholesale/retail distribution environment.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional active listening, patience, and a knack for building positive relationships with diverse B2B clients.
